PrimeLending, a nationwide mortgage lender with ~1,900 employees that funded $23 billion in loans in 2021, needed to scale onboarding, leadership development and sales coaching while evolving thinking, discovering ability and unlocking potential across the organization. To address these challenges PrimeLending partnered with NovoEd and launched three NovoEd programs—LEVEL UP (technology onboarding for new loan officers), LEAP (leadership development) and One More (coaching for sales roles)—with outcomes tracked via pre/post assessments, completions, evaluations and peer-to-peer feedback.

NovoEd delivered the programs on its platform, enabling cohort-based, social learning that drove engagement and measurable participation: 24 cohorts and 141 learners enrolled in 2022, with results monitored through assessments, completions and social features. NovoEd’s approach helped PrimeLending scale its impact while creating a collaborative, cohesive learning experience—“a game-changer,” according to Laurie Lumston, VP – National Training Manager.
