NetApp, a cloud data services and data management company, needed to convert its decade‑long in-person Fast Track sales onboarding program after the pandemic and ensure new hires felt supported and productive from day one. To meet that challenge, NetApp partnered with NovoEd and implemented a six-week blended social and collaborative learning journey on the NovoEd platform.

NovoEd’s platform consolidated pre-work through session recordings, enabled manager oversight, in-platform video introductions, direct messaging with instructors/mentors, and gamified cohort activities. Since 2020 NetApp has run 12 Fast Track cohorts (including 2 for technical sales reps) and trained 728 learners; the NovoEd-powered program helped new hires meet performance goals within six months and increased their sense of belonging.
