A NovoEd Case Study
Leading Multinational Manufacturer and Marketer, a global leader in consumer and professional products, needed to move from disparate in-person leadership training to a consistent, scalable program for its 1,400 people managers while also delivering flexible, on-demand and social learning that fits employees’ schedules. To meet these design goals the company partnered with NovoEd and chose NovoEd’s learner experience platform to support a yearlong, modular Global Learn & Lead program.
Using NovoEd, the company launched a 12-month online program built around four manager cornerstones (Attract, Support, Develop, Engage) that combines content, assignments, team projects, discussions, and mentor/facilitator feedback. The results have been strong: among participants 92% said the content will make them better managers, 93% gained valuable new insights, and 90% expect to apply learning on the job; 150 global managers are currently enrolled with a goal to reach all 1,400 by FY2021, and progress is tracked weekly via team posts, submissions, and meeting activity.
