A Notion Case Study
TheFork, the online restaurant booking platform now operating in more than 20 countries across Europe, needed a better way to organize knowledge and keep documentation consistent for nearly 1,000 employees spread across multiple cities. With teams working across Paris, London, and Milan, the company turned to Notion to centralize information and reduce reliance on scattered emails and meetings.
Using Notion as the digital hub for its workspace, TheFork built interconnected databases for company structure, policies, and project management, along with templates and onboarding pages to speed up documentation. The result was a single source of truth with more than 95,000 pages, faster collaboration through shared pages and comments, and easier knowledge access for the entire company.
