To organize campaign assets, in-product copy, website updates, and cross-team work, Pitch adopted Notion as its project management and knowledge base solution, using templates and linked pages to capture required fields, owners, and deadlines.
Using Notion, Pitch built database templates for marketing requests, a company-wide linked roadmap, and a centralized Marketing Team space with brand guidelines and a visual library. The system reduced back-and-forth, clarified handoffs for remote teammates, increased cross-team visibility and autonomy, and helped keep marketing output high and quality consistent.
