The team needed an easier way for employees to find information, reduce repeated questions, and keep internal knowledge accessible and up to date.
Using Notion for documentation, wiki, and project management, Mangopay built a central source of truth with team pages, roadmaps, databases, and compliance training trackers. The results included a significant reduction in HR questions, the elimination of a Slack channel for HR support, and strong adoption: 64% of employees contribute as editors, 91% are active monthly, and overall usage reaches 86% weekly, 93% monthly, and 96% quarterly.
