Levels, a health tracking company that uses biowearables, needed a better way to manage institutional knowledge as a remote-first team. The result was a searchable, living knowledge base that improved onboarding, reduced duplicate work, and made company knowledge more transparent, with clear permission levels for internal and public sharing.
