Notion provided a linked set of team wikis, personal employee pages, and one‑click public publishing so Karrot could centralize knowledge, make meeting updates easily discoverable, and showcase company culture externally. The results: new hires can "figure out almost everything" within a week, transparency and cross‑team alignment improved, and Karrot now publishes its culture publicly (replacing a separate website) to help recruit like‑minded talent — all enabled by Notion.
