Crowdcast's Operating System Drives Remote Collaboration

Crowdcast, a fully remote platform that helps creators host online events, needed a single digital “office” to replace scattered tools and scale repeatable processes across marketing, engineering, sales, success, and operations. To keep everyone aligned and reduce context-switching between task apps and scattered documents, Crowdcast adopted Notion as its central workspace for notes, project management, and a company wiki.

Using Notion, Crowdcast built a unified system — one database that tracks long-term initiatives and every project as a single page, a company-wide library of repeatable process templates, and a “Crowdcast HQ” wiki with mission, team directory, and communication guides. The result: projects from five teams are visible in one place, duplicate work is reduced, ownership and status are clearer, and the distributed team scales more consistently—outcomes made possible by Notion’s flexible building blocks.
