Without Prejudice is a British menswear brand (Magento) known for its tailored, premium collection but was facing a high bounce rate and relatively low average order value (AOV) given its product range. The team wanted easier site navigation and ways to encourage shoppers to browse more items to boost conversion, increase AOV and reduce bounce.
Nosto delivered site-wide personalization: browsing-history recommendations on the homepage, category, product and 404 pages; top lists and filtered cross-/up-sell on product pages; and personalized and cart recommendations at checkout. The changes drove a 30% increase in sales and a 15% rise in AOV; customers who clicked Nosto recommendations converted 130% better, had a 45% higher AOV, spent 233% more time on site and viewed 50% more products.
