VITA is Norway’s largest cosmetics retailer, operating 220 stores and a loyalty club that reaches half of Norwegian women aged 15–70. Facing time-consuming, manually maintained product recommendations that were static, irrelevant and made upsell ROI opaque, VITA needed a scalable way to personalize the omnichannel customer experience.
By implementing Nosto’s personalization across front page, category, product, add-to-cart, search/404 pages and Facebook ad retargeting, VITA automated relevant recommendations and dynamic merchandising. The changes drove a 69% uplift in conversion for recommendation-clickers, a 75% increase in average visit value and a 7x ROAS on Facebook retargeting, while improving CTR/CR on category and recovery pages.
