Vitafy is a Munich-based online retailer for fitness, natural food and wellbeing products that offers premium brands and expert content. As its assortment expanded, maintaining hard-coded, product-level recommendations became time-consuming and difficult to keep optimized, so Vitafy needed an automated, real-time personalization solution to reduce manual work and improve customer experience.
Using Nosto, Vitafy added personalized recommendations across the front page, category, product and cart pages (including top lists, browsing-history prompts and cross-/up-sell suggestions), fully automating product recommendations. Customers who clicked Nosto’s recommendations converted 21% better and had a roughly 7% higher AOV, spent 84% more time on site and viewed 31% more products, while Vitafy significantly reduced manual labor and improved site navigation and basket size.
