Urbanara, a Shopify Plus home accessories brand, wanted to improve its onsite shopping experience while tackling rising traffic costs and increasing conversion and average order value. To do this, Urbanara used Nosto’s campaign testing, product recommendations, personalized emails, and behavioral pop-ups to create more relevant experiences for shoppers.
With Nosto, Urbanara ran A/B/n tests, added upsell-focused pop-ups after cart additions, and placed personalized recommendations on the cart page. The results were strong: Nosto-powered interactions delivered a 94% increase in conversion, a 123% increase in average order value, and a 15% increase in average visit value, with individual tests also driving gains such as an 18% conversion lift and a 6.6% click-through rate on pop-ups.
