Tuandco, a Spanish home renovation and DIY ecommerce retailer with a catalog of more than 300,000 products, needed a better way to make its store more relevant and easier to navigate while improving cross-selling and product discovery. To address these challenges, Tuandco turned to Nosto and its product recommendations, behavioral pop-ups, personalized emails, and audience insights tools.

Nosto implemented personalized experiences across Tuandco’s homepage, category and product pages, pop-ups, and email campaigns to surface the most relevant products and re-engage shoppers with tailored offers. The result was a 28% increase in store conversion, 13% of total sales driven through Nosto, and a 36% increase in average order value year over year.
