The City of Adelaide needed to refresh its website and better promote its #DesignedforLife brand with more authentic, community-driven content. Working with Nosto, using a Stackla-powered user-generated content (UGC) solution, the city rebuilt its site and set out to feature citizen and visitor photography throughout the experience.

Nosto helped the City of Adelaide launch more than 120 UGC galleries across the website and source over 55,000 UGC images in just three months. The result was fresher content, daily curation efficiency, and stronger engagement, with top posts reaching more than 2,200 impressions each while saving the team time and budget.
