Tasman Holiday Parks Showcase Real-Life Travel Experiences to Promote Tourism to its 23 Destinations

Tasman Holiday Parks, the owner and operator of 23 holiday park destinations across Australia and New Zealand, needed a way to unify its new brand while showcasing authentic guest experiences online. The team worked with Nosto, using Stackla visual user-generated content (UGC), to bring real customer moments into its marketing while saving time and reducing the effort of searching for and curating content.

Nosto helped Tasman Holiday Parks implement managed UGC services, automation rules, product tags, and direct uploader tools to personalize content by destination and make it easier for visitors to book experiences. The results included more than 3,368 published assets, 30 automation rules, and 338 rights-managed content pieces collected in just three weeks through a campaign; the campaign landing page also achieved average time on page of over three minutes.
