Smythson of Bond Street, the British luxury leather goods and stationery retailer, wanted to deliver a more personalized online shopping experience while preserving its white-glove brand image. This multi-page strategy helped drive a 31% increase in conversion rate and a 13% increase in average order value, leading Smythson to reimplement Nosto’s Product Recommendations after finding native Commerce Cloud recommendations too limited.
