A Nosto Case Study
The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited (RACQ) needed a way to build awareness for its new pet insurance offering while also capturing detailed leads from a social competition. RACQ chose Nosto’s Stackla-powered user-generated content platform to host the pet photo/video contest and collect participant information that social networks alone couldn’t easily provide.
Nosto helped RACQ run the campaign with a GoConnect form, real-time UGC display, and personalized follow-up emails. The results were strong: the contest generated over 31,500 entries, including 22,700 unique entries, 33,000 public votes, and 630% of the original 5,000-lead goal. RACQ also saw email open rates of 46% and click-through rates of 45%, far above its typical performance.
