Proteinbolaget is one of Sweden’s leading retailers of dietary and health supplements, workout clothes and accessories (and the creator of the Gaam Nutrition brand). Facing customers’ rising expectations for personalized experiences and a large catalogue of complementary products, they needed a way to automatically surface the right items to each shopper.
They implemented Nosto’s self-learning product recommendations across the site. An A/B test showed an 11% uplift in sales and a 24x ROI, with strong performance across placements (notably front page, product and cart recommendations), higher conversions and improved click-through rates.
