PELAGIC, a fashion and accessories brand rooted in ocean culture, wanted to improve customer engagement and onsite shopping for its mobile-heavy audience. As it expanded on Shopify, the company turned to Nosto for AI-powered product recommendations and other CX optimization tools to boost AOV, conversion, and site navigation.

Nosto’s Managed Services team helped PELAGIC implement mobile grid recommendation layouts, dynamic bundles, mini-cart recommendations, and out-of-stock suggestions, supported by A/B testing and real-time merchandising logic. The results included a 6.71% increase in performance and sales, over 8% growth in AOV, and more than 20% growth in page views, while also making the customer journey smoother and reducing manual work.
