Paul Evans is a New York–based luxury men’s footwear brand selling handcrafted European dress shoes. Facing a broad product range, the company needed a fast, cost-efficient recommendation solution that would help customers find items, inspire browsing across categories, and boost sales without heavy technical resources.

Nosto was deployed to surface personalized recommendations sitewide—trending lists on the homepage, recently viewed and search-related suggestions, automatic cross- and up-sells on product pages, cart recommendations, abandoned-cart and re-engagement emails, and a site-abandonment pop-up. Customers who clicked Nosto recommendations converted 44% better and had a 5% higher AOV, while overall engagement rose (28% more time on site and 51% more products viewed) and the store now automatically highlights current stock and top trending items.
