Outnorth deployed Nosto’s real-time personalization—adding a recently viewed list on the homepage, showing popular campaign recommendations on category pages, and adding cross- and up-sell recommendations on product pages—chosen for its functionality, usability and fast implementation. Customers who clicked Nosto recommendations converted 64% better and had a 10% higher AOV; those visitors also spent 157% more time on site, viewed 96% more products and were 81% more valuable.
