Nanobike, an online bicycle retailer, needed a better way to guide shoppers and improve product page performance, especially since many customers only learned late in the buying process that Berlin pickup was available. To solve this, Nanobike worked with Nosto using Segmentation & Insights and Onsite Content Personalization, along with A/B Testing and Optimization, to show relevant in-store pickup messages and optimize product-page experiences.

With Nosto, Nanobike delivered local pickup offers to the right customers, reduced irrelevant messaging, and improved product bundling on key product pages. The results included a 76% increase in click-through rate on product pages, a 4.4% increase in average order value, and a 10% lift in click-through rate from segmented product recommendations.
