Melvin & Hamilton, a family-run fashion and accessories brand, wanted to keep growing its online store while improving the customer journey and presenting engaging, on-brand content across five languages. As a long-time Nosto customer, the company needed a simple, scalable way to deliver personalization and content that matched its visual identity, using Nosto’s product recommendations, personalized emails, and content personalization.

Nosto implemented personalized product recommendations across the homepage, category pages, product pages, and cart, while Nosto and Styla supported an inspirational online magazine with curated content. The results were strong: shoppers engaging with Nosto converted 2.7x more, had a 2.8x higher average visit value, and average order value rose by 5.5%; newsletter open rates reached up to 57% and CTR up to 37%.
