Nosto implemented personalized homepage and megamenu experiences for first-time versus returning visitors, including best sellers for new shoppers and replenishment recommendations for repeat buyers. This shortened the path to repurchase and helped promote subscriptions, driving nearly 4x higher conversion for both dog and cat food categories.
