Trek Bikes needed a way to launch its #GoByBike campaign and adapt its messaging during COVID-19, while also managing user-generated content rights at scale. Working with Nosto’s Stackla product, the company used UGC to inspire people to share bike trips instead of car trips across global markets.

Nosto helped Trek Bikes implement a rights-managed UGC workflow for collecting, approving, and deploying content across its website, social channels, ads, and email. The campaign generated measurable impact in just seven weeks, reaching about 36 million people worldwide, earning 17,000 hashtag uses, and securing rights to more than 2,000 Instagram UGC posts.
