How the NRMA Encourage Heartfelt Travel Stories and Easily Collect Valuable Public Opinion Using Stackla

The National Roads and Motorists Association (NRMA) needed a way to keep its 100-year anniversary celebrations engaging during COVID-19 while also gathering member stories and public feedback at scale. To do that, NRMA turned to Nosto for a user-generated content solution, using direct upload and comment tools to collect stories, photos, and opinions directly from members instead of relying only on social media.

Nosto helped NRMA launch multiple UGC campaigns, including Road Trip Tales, top spots, pet stories, and #WhyWeRoadTrip, with content reused across the website, email, and social channels. The results were strong: nearly 2,000 member stories, 399 photo entries in one contest, over 350 pet submissions, and more than 5,000 responses on policy issues. NRMA also reported lower bounce rates and higher time on site on pages powered by Nosto.
