Sinclair Broadcast Group, a U.S. local news and entertainment company with 73 news stations, needed a scalable way to gather and use user-generated content (UGC) across its websites and apps. As breaking news and community coverage became more dependent on first-person images and video, Sinclair turned to Nosto to help streamline content sourcing, permissions, and publishing.

Nosto implemented a UGC solution that enabled Sinclair Broadcast Group to quickly source social content, launch interactive “Chime In” galleries, and automate direct upload forms and follow-up emails.
