Brothers, a Swedish men’s fashion chain with 43 stores, needed to strengthen its ecommerce performance as online sales grew during the pandemic. Using Nosto on its Magento 1 store, the retailer wanted to better showcase popular products, improve KPI performance, and support a wider range of menswear offerings across its brand and third-party assortment.

Nosto implemented Product Recommendations first, and Brothers later expanded to OCP, Segmentation & Insights, Dynamic Bundles, Pop-ups, Personalized Emails, and A/B Testing. The results included a 53.85% increase in conversion rate for loyal customers, while ecommerce’s share of sales also rose from 5% to 20%, showing a clear measurable impact from Nosto’s personalization tools.
