Little Bellies, an Australian baby and toddler food brand, needed a cost-effective way to generate more content, refresh its rebranded website, and build trust with parents. Working with Nosto, Little Bellies used user-generated content (UGC) and an advocate community approach to turn happy customers into brand storytellers across its website and social channels.

Nosto helped Little Bellies discover, rights-manage, organize, and publish Instagram UGC, and also support its Organic Influencers advocate portal and campaign creative briefs. The results were strong: Little Bellies secured rights to over 640 pieces of UGC, grew its advocate community to more than 360 customers, generated 300+ pieces of content from one brief, and increased average session duration on its site by 158%.
