Herbalife Nutrition, a global nutrition brand working through independent distributors in 95 markets, needed a better way to amplify authentic stories from its community and manage a growing volume of user-generated content (UGC). Nosto helped Herbalife Nutrition automate UGC categorization with Automation Rules and streamline approvals with Rights Management, resulting in over 900 pieces of rights-approved UGC. The brand now uses this content to keep channels fresh and diverse, strengthen engagement, and showcase community stories on websites and campaigns, with plans to target at least 20% of social content as UGC.
