HelloWorld Turns Lookers into Bookers

HelloWorld, Australia’s leading integrated travel group, wanted to launch its 2015–2016 year with a campaign that would boost brand awareness and turn “lookers” into “bookers.” Working with Nosto? No—the case study centers on HelloWorld using Stackla and other partners to create a bold, social-first travel promotion that could inspire holiday planning and drive bookings.

HelloWorld implemented the world’s first Instagram relay with a custom microsite, interactive map, rights-managed user-generated content, and multi-channel promotion across OOH, retargeting, and TV. The campaign generated more than 16,500 Instagram posts, 5,391 tweets, 1,077 Facebook interactions, and over 10,000 inquiries during a seven-day sale, showing strong engagement and sales lift; HelloWorld credited the solution to making its content more inspiring and effective.
