Employee-Generated Content: How Signify Attracts New Talent and Engages a Global Workforce with EGC

Signify, the global lighting company formerly known as Philips Lighting, needed to rebuild brand awareness and attract top talent after its name change. To do that authentically, it turned to Nosto’s Stackla platform to leverage employee-generated content and showcase what daily life is like at Signify.

Nosto helped Signify create an employee advocate program, an interactive careers-site social wall, and internal community campaigns to collect and publish content from employees worldwide. The results included significantly higher traffic and time on page for the social wall, a lower bounce rate than other careers pages, 31 submissions for its Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, and more than 200 submissions for its International Women’s Day campaign.
