Cirque du Soleil Creates Immersive Digital Experiences with User-Generated Visuals

Cirque du Soleil wanted to deepen its connection with fans beyond the stage and turn audience experiences into the center of its digital strategy. Using Nosto’s Stackla product, the entertainment brand needed a way to discover, curate, and reuse high-quality user-generated content across its global websites, social channels, and venues.

Nosto implemented an AI-powered visual content engine that integrated with Cirque du Soleil’s Sitecore sites, making fan photos and videos easy to search, moderate, and publish at scale. The results were substantial: the team now uses around 13,600 visuals from nearly 50,000 pieces of content every three months, saving the equivalent of two full-time employees and helping the #CirqueWay campaign reach 2.8 billion people.
