Proximus deployed HPE UCMDB for configuration management alongside Nlyte DCIM for data‑center visibility, with plans to fully integrate the two for a real‑time view of assets and services. The combined solution cut incident‑identification time from hours to minutes, revealed idle servers for decommissioning (reducing power and cooling costs), improved uptime and faster decision‑making, and made IT services more transparent to the business.
