How GoDaddy is Using Nimble for Influencer Marketing

GoDaddy, the world’s largest domain registrar serving millions of small businesses, needed to scale its Advocacy and Evangelism team’s influencer program to better support customer growth. To build a larger pipeline of internal and external influencers, the team adopted Nimble, aiming to centralize social insights, automate workflows, and standardize research and contact processes so staff wouldn’t have to switch between Outlook, address books, and calendars.

Heather Dopson optimized Nimble inside Office 365, trained the team on standardized processes, and integrated Nimble with Sprinklr for social listening and reporting. Using profile data, Klout scores and a custom influencer index, GoDaddy centralized contact histories and social footprints to prioritize outreach and manage a clear influencer pipeline—resulting in greater efficiency and productivity, the ability to scale influencer efforts without adding headcount, and improved measurement for future growth.
