To do that, it worked with Nielsen Holdings on a digital marketing effectiveness study focused on the TurboTax website.

Nielsen Holdings used Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience to evaluate target conversion pages with biometrics and eye tracking, identifying the online content that resonated most with consumers. The research helped guide a redesign of TurboTax.com, which led to a 10% increase in revenue during the height of tax season and reportedly paid for itself in just 3 hours.
