OnProcess, a global provider of managed post-sale supply chain services with 1,500 agents across six facilities, faced a major operational challenge: processing 50,000 client invoices per month that arrived in as many as 1,000 templates across multiple client systems. The complexity and manual effort risked costly errors, missed SLAs and slow handling times, so the company needed faster, more accurate, and consistently governed invoice processing.

OnProcess implemented NICE Robotic Automation (NEVA Unattended and NEVA Attended) to automate PDF invoice processing, extract about 30 data fields, and populate clients’ ERPs while guiding agents when human input was required. The solution cut average handle time dramatically (from 8 to 4 minutes), reduced errors to nil, delivered consistent processing across thousands of invoice permutations, improved SLA adherence and governance, and freed agents to focus on higher‑value work.
