A NICE Systems Case Study
Foxwoods Resort Casino, the world’s largest casino complex in Mashantucket, CT, needed to replace a legacy VHS/multiplexer system that could no longer scale to protect patrons and staff across 6 million sq ft of non-gaming areas, parking and public concourses. ACP Engineering was engaged to manage a seamless, zero-downtime upgrade to an enterprise-grade digital surveillance platform to support thousands of cameras and dozens of users.
ACP implemented NICE’s NiceVision Pro suite (expanding the total digital recording system to over 3,200 cameras, with 1,600+ on NiceVision Pro), delivering high-resolution recording, fast searchable playback and higher-density storage. The new system improved loss prevention, enabled quicker, more precise searches and shortened investigation timelines while offering a scalable, rack-space-efficient solution for future growth.
