Bosch augments the human workforce with AI

Bosch was looking for a centralized, scalable AI orchestration platform to help business units build AI agents that could streamline daily work across the enterprise. After testing early point solutions in different regions, Bosch chose NICE Systems’ NiCE Cognigy to better integrate with existing infrastructure and reduce administrative tasks without replacing employees.

With NICE Systems, Bosch deployed “The Bosch Chatbot Suite” globally and created AI agents for internal operations, including a contact-center copilot and the HR assistant ROB. The platform now supports more than 90 use cases, has been rolled out in 25 countries, and serves 400,000 employees worldwide, helping Bosch accelerate automation and improve employee support with conversational and generative AI.
