The client is the largest publicly traded U.S. property and casualty insurer and a Dow Jones constituent that faced cumbersome, multi-decade injury and environmental claims management heavily reliant on paper. They needed to digitize roughly half a million claims across North America to speed litigation response, reduce real estate and storage costs, enable remote work, and establish a centralized enterprise document management system while coordinating across multiple teams and business lines.

Newgen, in collaboration with Infosys, used an Agile Kanban approach to evaluate solutions, build a cloud-enabled ECM with SSO, OCR and Outlook integration, and roll out three releases in 11 months with nationwide training.
