Newgen implemented its NewgenONE invoice management solution—including iBPS, OmniDocs/OmniScan, Business Rule Management and Master Data Management—to capture invoices from email, paper and fax, auto-extract invoice fields, apply rule-based routing, integrate with SAP and provide a vendor portal and SLA dashboards. Rolled out across four locations for 3,000+ vendors, the system processed 140,000+ invoices and achieved a 32% reduction in turnaround time, 25% higher touchless processing, 70% fewer duplicate invoices, 35% fewer exceptions and improved on-time processing.
