The client, one of the world’s leading air forces (ranked fourth globally), was modernizing its fleet but struggled with a massive paper backlog — more than 4 million pages — and slow, manual document retrieval. They required an enterprise content management solution that could scan, index and archive documents, publish fillable e‑forms, enforce role‑based security and integrate with existing systems to speed approvals and access.

Newgen deployed its OmniFlow workflow/e‑form platform, OmniDocs ECM, an automated CSV upload utility and OmniScan for scanning and QC, all hosted centrally. The solution created a single, secure digital repository with online access, real‑time tracking, audit trails and faster transactions, significantly reduced document retrieval turnaround time and removed the need to move physical files.
