Newgen implemented OmniCapture for scanning and indexing, OmniDocs as the central repository, and the workflow-driven Customer Application Form Management System (CAFMS), deploying over 150 round‑the‑clock scanning workstations. The automated system supports unlimited concurrent users, has archived more than 30 million documents, sped up query processing, enabled OCR/OMR automated indexing and MIS tracking, and streamlined end‑to‑end CAF operations—while allowing a planned shift to decentralized scanning with central repository uploads.
