The client, Jamaica’s third-largest commercial bank serving millions across 22 countries, offered a wide range of loan products but relied on a largely manual retail loan origination process. This created inefficiencies in handling multiple loan types, lacked multi-channel (online, mobile, in-branch) support, delayed data retrieval and document verification, and required repetitive manual underwriting—leading to slow turnaround times and a poor customer experience.
