Globally-renowned Gaming Company Leverages Existing Newgen Product Suite for Cloud Migration

A globally renowned gaming company with over three decades in the industry and more than half a billion active users needed to modernize its legacy Newgen implementation. The on-premises solution had multiple role-based logins, unsecured image URLs and limited rights management, and the client wanted a secure cloud migration with streamlined authentication, better access control and scalable content storage.

Newgen upgraded the platform to iBPS 5 and OmniDocs 11 on Azure, implemented HTTPS and OKTA SSO with JIT provisioning, and moved approximately 3.5 million documents to Azure Blob storage while updating about 2.5 million Web API image URLs in the Oracle ERP. The program delivered automated work-item creation, historic data migration, multilingual search and real-time reporting—resulting in secure, streamlined access, improved rights management and positive client feedback.
