Automation of Inmate Records Management for US-based Public Safety Department

A US public safety department responsible for law and security for one of the country's largest states was overwhelmed by paper documentation for roughly 40,000 inmates. Physical files were frequently outdated or difficult to locate, causing long processing times, communication delays, security risks, multilingual challenges and high printing costs.
