A leading Riyadh-based bank with a 60-year history and operations across the Middle East, Europe and South Asia faced delays and high turnaround times in generating customer communications. Tellers could not produce documents directly from core banking systems, template design was manual and creating separate Arabic and English documents increased complexity and printing costs.
