Newgen delivered an end-to-end Agri Lending solution—unifying the platform, centralizing document management, launching a customer portal and a field-agent mobile app, and adding a configurable business-rule engine. The bank now supports 33 agri products (139 sub-products), can issue Kisan Credit Cards the same day, scale to 40,000 concurrent users (up to 80,000), and aims to service 15 million accounts in a year, driving faster disbursals, better rural outreach and improved operational efficiency.
