ZAP implemented New Relic’s Software Analytics Cloud (APM, Servers, Mobile) for end-to-end monitoring across web and mobile. The company cut incident analysis time from hours to minutes, optimized cloud usage to lower infrastructure costs, improved crash identification in mobile apps, and strengthened alignment between technology and marketing by correlating performance with campaign impact.
